Columbus Fire Rescue Association is specifically structured to support the needs of the Columbus Fire Rescue beyond what taxpayer dollars provide. Columbus Fire Rescue strives to be a leader in the area’s fire and emergency services; driven by quality personnel, dedicated to the advanced and innovative solutions to our customer’s situation.
With the ability to staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the Columbus Fire Rescue responds within 3 minutes to all calls for service. The CFR serves approximately 6,000 permanent residents. The Fire/Rescue area that encompasses Columbus and Reed Point is 650 square miles and the ambulance district service area is 850 square miles.
Funds from ColumbusMT Gives will allow us to keep equipment updated and allow us to assist personnel with needs within the department. These funds will allow us to maintain the high standard that CFR is held to.
